So here's my fitness plan:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays are my Cardio days. On these days I'll be doing a variety of things depending on the weather outside and how much time is available. The variety of cardio choices are: Biking around my neighbourhood, jogging/walking around my neighbourhood, riding my indoor bike, doing exercise videos, doing jumping jacks and/or skipping with a jumprope. Whichever activity I choose I'll be doing it for 30-45 minutes. The 4 cardio days will make sure that I burn fat.
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays are my Toning days. On these days I'll be doing a combination of weights and crunches. For weights and crunches I follow a few different pilates videos that I own. The videos vary from 20-60 minutes and with them I get a really good workout. Especially the abs videos.
Then Sundays are my Rest days. I don't actually get to rest on this day because I work every sunday, but this will be the one day where I won't actually be doing any fitness exercises. Although sometimes I might do a yoga video or walk around the block, etc..

Dream Outfits : 1) Cute black dress that's tight fitting and flatters my curves (and not the fat lol).
2) Haulter Bikini top, shorts and flip flops. (This is why I need to lose the "pooch")

Overall Goals: Lose stomach and increase endurance. Plus look really sexy. lol.
