Hey people.
Wow I haven't made an entry for a while. I guess after summer school, I just got bored with the journal. Although now I'm coming back to it for pretty much one main reason - my fitness.
On ToneTeen I'm organizing a "Biggest Loser Challenge", the challenges aren't usually that successful on ToneTeen, but I want to change that. I want this to be a fun experience and to become the person I want to be I need the support and the encouragement. Because it can get really depressing.
Hm.. So for the next few months, I'll be posting here regularly. It'll vary from daily to weekly, but I will be posting. I owe it to myself to lose the weight I want and be the person I know I can be. Plus I always feel great after a workout.
For cardio and stuff I decided that I'm not going to re-new my gym membership, but what I will be doing is I'm going to go and buy the "Biggest Loser Workout: Volume One". I was talking to these women and they're like it's really good. Then after a few weeks with that DVD I'm going to buy Jillian's DVDs. Both of them supposedly kick your ass into shape lol. So I'm sure I'll enjoy the pain.
